Buyer Beware!
I spent 13k on the PranaSleep Dharma Elite Plush Mattress and a new slatted bed foundation in April. It’s permanently sagging after only 6 months. The most miserable mattress purchase experience of a lifetime. Deep dissatisfaction and disappointment is an understatement for this mattress.

Thank you for being a valued Pranasleep customer. We take pride in offering the absolute finest latex sleeping solutions to our customers and are very concerned about your feedback. Know that some permanent impressions in the mattress are very normal and part of the adjustment process to any mattress, including your Dharma Elite sleep system. These impressions do typically form at the fastest pace during the first 12 months of use and are not to exceed an excepted amount of 1.5" over the entire life of the mattress. In our experience, a 1/2" to 3/4" impression is typical during the initial adjustment period with few exceptions. Your warranty does protect you from excessive wear / impressions for a period of 20 years. In order to best advise you on what options you have at this time, please either contact the store that you purchased the mattress from or write to us at info@pranasleep.com. I was in the United States Air Force for over 6 years and was injured on duty. I now have a very severe back and neck problem that requires me to take morphine 3 times a day. I am in pain most of the day, so my saving grace was going to bed where everyone should feel comfortable, however I was never comfortable in bed.
