At PranaSleep, we understand the importance of finding the perfect mattress for your comfort and well-being. That's why we offer a hassle-free Returns & Exchanges policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

We stand behind the quality of our mattresses, but we also recognize that mattress comfort is subjective and may vary from person to person. Therefore, we provide a generous 90-day window for returns and exchanges.

30 Day Trial Period

Our 90-day return policy requires you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days before initiating a return or exchange. All mattresses have a 'break-in' period, during which your new mattress will gradually conform to your body and allow you to adjust to its full comfort.

One-Time Return or Exchange

After the 30-day trial period, you may exchange your mattress for a different comfort or return it for a refund. Customers are allowed a one-time-only return or exchange to ensure you have the perfect mattress for your sleep needs and preferences.

Adjustable bed bases are not returnable or refundable.

Like our 90-day return policy, we require you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days before the exchange. All mattresses have a 'break-in' period and during this 30-day period your new mattress will conform to your body and you will adjust to the comfort of your new mattress. After 30 days if you are still not comfortable with your new mattress, you may return your mattress, exchanging it for a different comfort of equal or greater value. Customers are allowed a one-time-only exchange.
